• After registration, you may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

A valid email address or phone number is required to register an account. Once registration is complete, a verification link or OTP will be sent to you.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

The minimum age to register and use z222 services is 18. All z222 services are strictly off-limits to anyone under 18.

• You must confirm your age at the time of registration. Providing a false age when creating an account is a punishable offence.
• Z222 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time to verify your age.
• Z222 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until age verification is complete.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use z222.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Z222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method.

Z222 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• For determining sports event results, the decision of the internationally recognized governing body will be considered final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, z222 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The maximum win amount (Max Win) is set in advance and varies by game or event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z222. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of dishonest competitive activity.
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to z222's systems.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Z222 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Opening an account using false information.
• Failing the age verification process or providing a false age.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If a member wishes to close their own account.
